 M to celebrate America 250 and commemorate the historic Meigs Raid\, also 
 known as the Battle of Sag Harbor\, when Continental Army forces raided Br
 itish Loyalists occupying Sag Harbor during the American Revolution.\n\nJo
 in us for a free\, family-friendly\, immersive experience as the 3rd New Y
 ork Regiment recreates an 18th century Continental Army encampment and con
 ducts military drills throughout the day. Watch and interact with historic
  tradespeople dressed in period clothing as they demonstrate trades and cr
 afts such as blacksmithing\, basket weaving\, bread making\, cooking\, spi
 nning\, embroidery\, medicine making\, children’s games\, period music\,
  native regalia and jewelry making\, wampum making\, and more!
