  + Artist Talk with Izzy Li Kostrzewa\, a free artist talk and hands-on me
 nding workshop on Friday\, July 24 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Ma's House in S
 outhampton. Izzy Li Kostrzewa will show images of their practice using pat
 chwork and hand-sewing techniques and historical fabrics\, then share how 
 to sew patches onto garments to cover old stains\, tears\, or wear and giv
 e clothing new life. Hand sewing needles\, thread\, scissors\, pins\, and 
 pre-made patches will be provided\; participants should bring a garment to
  mend. All skill levels welcome. Free.\nRSVP HERE
