  Samuel Torres\, featuring a deliberately minimalist instrumentation of co
 ngas\, piano\, and vibraphone. The ensemble explores a stripped-down appro
 ach to jazz and Afro-Latin music through rhythm\, texture\, and improvisat
 ion — developed as a contrast to larger ensemble formats\, focusing on t
 he sonic clarity and deep musical interaction that comes from reduced forc
 es.\nColombian-born and Brooklyn-based\, Samuel Torres is a Latin Grammy A
 ward winner known for his work across jazz\, Latin\, and classical music. 
 He is joined by pianist Carmen Staaf and vibraphonist Felipe Fournier — 
 together building a sound rooted in Afro-Latin rhythmic tradition and cont
