Southampton Soap Company will present two weekends to pick up extraordinary, artisan crafted objects during the 8th annual Southampton Soap Company Holiday Gift Show and Artisan Market.
Taking place at the Topping Rose House barn and studio in Bridgehampton, shoppers will find an impressive selection of gorgeous fine art, photography, pottery, jewelry, fiber art, bath & body products, candles, and knives and culinary gifts that will be for sale.
“We do many events throughout the year, but this one is special because we invite each vendor for their artistry, integrity and kindness,” Deborah O’Shaughnessy, artist, Southampton Soap Company founder, and Holiday Gift Show and Artisan Market organizer, relayed. “Each person is fun, talented and a delight to be around and that creates the atmosphere for this event, which sets it apart from any other like it. “

In addition to accomplishing some holiday shopping, the Southampton Soap Company Holiday Gift Show and Artisan Market will feature holiday tunes to get you into the festive spirit, seasonal sips, and more. The Kiwanis Club of Southampton Town will be onsite selling joyous holiday cards and little ones will keep entertained at the complimentary holiday children’s craft area sponsored by Macaroni Kid Hamptons. Chronicle Wines of the North Fork and Brooklyn will present a wine bar where market-goers can stock up on delicious varieties.
The Southampton Soap Company Holiday Gift Show and Artisan Market will launch on Saturday, December 14 and remain open on Sunday, December 15. It will return on Saturday, December 21 and be open for one final day on Sunday, December 22. The Holiday Gift Show and Artisan Market will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both weekends. There is no fee to attend.

Film and Television Line Producer and Springs resident Jonathan Shoemaker brings his talents to the East End with his theater company, The Accabonac Theater Project. Its inaugural production, This Land Is Your Land, will run January 30 through January 31 at 7pm with a 5pm show on February 1 at Hoie Hall at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in East Hampton. The production features a trio of short plays titled “General Store,” “Baker Sale,” and “Mystery Art.”
