Please follow the below troubleshooting steps which match your current situation:

  • Don’t see “Hamptons.com Free Wi-Fi” in your “Wi-Fi Settings”?
    • Try turn off/on Wi-Fi on your phone, then wait for Wi-Fi settings to refresh.
    • Reboot your device to clear anything cached that could be causing the error.
  • Internet running slow or page won’t load
    • You might be out of range or an object is causing interference between device and antenna.
    • Try moving closer to the Beach Pavilion to improve signal (all antenna’s are located on the Pavilion).
  • Getting stuck on the Wi-Fi login portal page (“Login” or “Ad countdown page”)
    • All iPhone user must be using iOS version 15.5 or newer to properly use our secure Login Portal.
