Please follow the below troubleshooting steps which match your current situation:

  • I do not see “Hamptons.com Free WiFi” in my WiFi Settings
    • Turn WiFi on/off on your device and then refresh the page
    • Reboot your device and open WiFi Settings
  • The internet is slow or a page will not load.
    • You might be out of range or an object is causing interference between the device and the router. 
  • I am stuck on the Wi-Fi login portal page (“Login” or “Ad countdown page”)
    • All iPhone users must be using iOS version 15.5 or newer to properly use our secure Login Portal.

 

The “Hamptons.com Free Public WiFi” Network is available at the following locations:
Hampton Bays:
Tiana Beach and Ponquogue Beach
Southampton: Coopers Beach, Sagg Main Beach and Conscience Point
East Hampton: Main Beach and Georgica Beach
Sag Harbor: Foster Memorial Beach (Long Beach) and Main Street
