Prior to headlining The Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University Irving Medical Center’s C.U. OUT East benefit with Colin Jost at Guild Hall, The Wallflowers band members dined with Ron Delsener on the back patio at The 1770 House in East Hampton on Saturday night. Jost had the crowd cracking up about everything from an awkward Montauk hotel experience to rejected SNL skits, while The Wallflowers played many of their hits and even took requests.
Ali Wentworth hosted a book party for Laurie Gelman’s You’re Been Volunteered at a private residence in East Hampton on Saturday. The gathering brought out Kelly Ripa, Brooke Shields, Mariska Hargitay, Mark Consuelos, Andrew Saffir, Daniel Benedict, and more.
All Star Code’s 6th Annual Summer Benefit on Saturday night raised over $1 million dollars in support of computer science organization’s educational programs. Held at a private residence in East Hampton, attendees included actor Hill Harper, Lyor Cohen & Xin Li-Cohen, Rachelle Hruska MacPherson & Sean MacPherson, Mayor David Dinkins, Miss USA’s Kára McCullough, Elliot Breece, Frank Baker, and Marcus Samuelsson.

The 5th Annual Bridgehampton Benefit: “Operation Rise-Up”, which served as The Official Carlos Beltran Retirement Party, was held at Southampton Arts Center. Prior to toasting to his HOF worthy career, the baseball great joined Neil deGrasse Tyson, Gary O’Reily, and Chuck Nice to record the Startalk podcast. Then, Beltran was joined by his family and friends, including former New York Giant and co-host of Fox Business News Jack Brewer, former New York Met and San Francisco Giants World Series Champ Andres Torres, former MLB player Victor Martinez, as well as Rohan Marley, Chris Roach, and Samantha Cole for “Operation Rise-Up” – which supported the Carlos Beltran Foundation and Operation International. The evening highlighted the spirit of “Old San Juan” with music from Broadway actress and Americana singer Brooke Moriber, Reggaeton duo Sammi Rae & Los Vegas and more.
On a Saturday night it’s notoriously challenging to snag a table at Brooklyn Chop House in Southampton, so when a billionaire did, they and their posse decided to go all out by racking up a bill that amounted to over $34,000. Co-owner Robert “Don Pooh” Cummins shared a pic of the whopping check to Instagram. The group spent over $6,000 on Grey Goose alone.
On Sunday, Alex Guarnaschelli dropped by Bostwick’s Chowder House, where she enjoyed lunch outside. The Food Network star noshed on lobster fritters, baked clams, a hot lobster roll and more.

Lupe Fiasco’s 5th annual Montauk gig, presented by Pax, did not disappoint. The rapper performed several of his hit songs, including Wild Child, Kick, Push, The Show Goes On, and Superstar, and even gave a special shout out to those celebrating birthdays. The concert brought out model Hailey Baldwin, Ramona Singer, who hung out by the stage with daughter Avery, and Summer House stars Carl Radke, Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula and Lindsay Hubbard. The evening was hosted in celebration of Sugarlandia, the home of Don Papa Rum. Before the set, attendees got their arts & crafts on, making beautiful masks as they sipped on signature Don Papa cocktails including the Pineapple Express and The Don Don’t Die.
Cuba Gooding Jr. was once again spent time on the East End. This time the actor was spotted at Sunset Beach on Shelter Island.
