FORWARD__Space To Close Out Summer With Hamptons Residency

FORWARD__Space is taking up a residency at The Barn in Bridgehampton this August.

“We’re beyond excited to bring FORWARD__Space to the Hamptons for August,” world-renowned choreographer Kristin Sudeikis, who founded FORWARD__Space, shared. “Our classes uniquely emphasize and combine the inherent power of music and movement—we know the incredible Hamptons community loves and appreciates music, dance, wellness and SWEAT as much as we do. See you all on the dance floor!”

Class-goers will be able to get their sweat on as they dance it out during three different class formats, including FORWARD__Space’s signature class (“a nonstop, easy-to-follow, high energy sweat session driven by the inherent power of music & movement”), FORWARD+ (the signature class with additional stylized choreography mixed in at the end) and FORWARD__FIRE (athletic conditioning utilizing 2 and 4 pound weights with interval dance breaks).

During the 50-minute workouts, FORWARD__Space offers a “sanctuary-meets-club environment” that is centered around dance and music, of course, and wellness, and sweat. For those that have two left feet, but adore a good dance session, no need to worry as there will be easy-to-follow moves enhanced by super danceable tunes.

So, just let the beat take over your body and sweat it out as you bop to some awesome beats.

Classes will be priced at $42 and include water. FORWARD__Space will be offered at 8:45 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 10:45 a.m., and 5:15 p.m.
