Cowfish, a staple in the Hamptons restaurant scene, announces it will mark its tenth anniversary with an outdoor celebration on Sunday, June 12th from 5:30-9:00pm, with food, live music, open bar, a live art exhibition and more, to benefit the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County Marine Program.
Cowfish, the second restaurant opened by the Rooted Hospitality Group in 2012, will be serving all-you-can-eat fan favorites from the last 10 years including a prime rib carving station, live sushi bar, oyster shucking, shrimp cocktail station and so much more. There will be a live set of party favorites from the Quogue Jazz Trio and Rudolf Blasits will be roaming around performing street magic for guests. Montauk Brewery, Macari Vineyards, and Palmer vineyards will be joining us for special tastings that will compliment the open bar, both inside and outside. Hampton Bays resident and Cornell Cooperative Marine Program Educator, Carolyn Munaco, will be painting live during the festivities in addition to having her artwork displayed inside the restaurant.
Rachel Hersh, Rooted Hospitality Group owner and Cornell Cooperative Marine Program PAC member said, “The chance to celebrate Cowfish and its ten years of serving the community with love, combined with our company’s core value of being environmentally friendly, made it easy to host this party with a purpose.” She continued, “Guests will celebrate life with friends and family, enjoy refreshing cocktails, amazing food, dance to fun music, watch art be created, all while providing support to an important organization which is a great value to our community… It’s a win, all around!”
The event will be held outdoors, weather permitting, and tickets are limited. General Admission is $110 and there is also a $25 ticket for those 15 and under. Tickets can be purchased online at CowfishHamptonBays.com.
