Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the nation’s third-largest residential real estate brokerage company, honored its agents on March 5 during The Ellies, the firm’s annual awards ceremony. Held at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT, the evening celebrated top performers from around the nation, including the Hamptons.

Locally, agents from Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Hampton Bays, Montauk, Quogue, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack, Southampton and Westhampton Beach were fêted.
In the Hamptons, Erica Grossman from the Southampton office was awarded the Top Individual prize based on Gross Commission Income (GCI), and the top ten was rounded out by David Donohue (#2), Terry Thompson (#3), Dawn Neway (#4), Steven Rosmarin (#5), Michaela Keszler (#6), Christopher Stewart (#7), Carol Nobbs (#8), Priscilla Garston (#9) and Lori Barbaria (#10).
For the ninth consecutive year the Top Team by GCI for the Hamptons was The Enzo Morabito Team of the Bridgehampton office. The Atlantic Team came in at second, while The Avigdor/Penkova Team earned the third spot. The Atlantic Team, which is based in the East Hampton office, was also named the Top Performing Team by number of transactions for the Hamptons, followed by The Enzo Morabito Team (#2), The Avigdor/PenkovaTeam (#3), The Porto Team (#4) and The Rima & Ryan Team (#5).
Angelica Cocha from the Hampton Bays office earned the Top Individual prize based on transactions, followed by Terry Thompson (#2), Steven Rosmarin (#3), Dawn Neway (#4), and Christopher Stewart and Erica Grossman (tied at #5).
Anne Marie Francavilla of the Hampton Bays office was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Agents and teams who made over $1 million in 2018 earned the prestigious Pinnacle Club Award. Those included David Donohue, The Avigdor/Penkova Team, Erica Grossman, The Enzo Morabito Team and The Atlantic Team.
