Brooklyn Chop House Opens Up Shop In The Hamptons

Prior to launching in the Financial District this September, Brooklyn Chop House is giving Hamptons locals and visitors a taste of what to expect during a pop-up at The Capri Hotel in Southampton.

“When the opening of our FiDi location of Brooklyn Chop House got pushed to September, we jumped at the opportunity to preview our restaurant in Southampton,” reflected operator Stratis Morfogen, a longtime Hamptons restauranteur.

Owned by restauranteur, business executive and music industry veteran Robert (Pooh) Cummins – who has worked with Mary J. Blige and Diddy, the menu will revolve around Dim Sum and Chops – offering a variety of options such as Philly Cheesesteak Dumplings, Peking Duck Tacos, and 50-60 day dry-aged Prime Steaks and Double Thick Cut Chops.

A poolside menu featuring satays and dumplings will also be available for lunch.

Brooklyn Chop House at The Capri Hotel will be open through Labor Day weekend.
