“Strictly Murder,” an enthralling WW2-era thriller by the prolific playwright/screenwriter/producer Brian Clemens, headlines the Hampton Theatre Company’s 39th season this spring. Running from March 7 to March 24 at the Quogue Community Hall, this gripping tale unfolds against the backdrop of 1939 Provence, France. Set in idyllic isolation, the lives of English couple Peter and Suzy are upended when Suzy uncovers a startling truth: Peter may be a fugitive with a dangerous past. As a Scotland Yard detective named Ross enters the scene, the plot thickens with lies, deception, and murder, promising a riveting roller coaster ride of suspense.
