We recommend their famous Hot Buttered Lobster Roll and Fried Oysters – talk about yum!

The Clam Bar – Opens Friday, April 19th

All locals and tourists will agree on one thing: the Clam Bar is The Place to hit before Montauk.

Located on scenic Route 27, its bright red sign epitomizes what Hamptons dining represents: casual and fresh local ingredients.

We recommend their Lobster BLT, the Clam Daddy (an Overstuffed Quahog Clam), and Montauk Wave Chaser.

Centro is a Hamptons Bays Favorite.

 Delicious pasta and drinks. We recommend crispy zucchini chips, Pappardelle Bolognese, and their Sicilian margarita.
