On Saturday, December 2, get ready to holiday shop until you drop at Hayground School, who is presenting Homegrown for the Holidays, the Bridgehampton-based school’s highly anticipated 6th annual artisanal food and craft bazaar.
With close to 50 East End-based artists, artisans, and food purveyors displaying their unique, extraordinary goods at the seasonal pop up market, you might even be able to start and finish your holiday shopping in just one day.

Homegrown for the Holidays will present a plethora of exciting finds, including coastal lifestyle products, handmade jewelry, photography, Christmas ornaments, tea, irresistible sweets, hand knit or sewn items, jerky, candles, ceramics, pottery, upcycled items, bespoke items, essential oils, honey, fused glass, beach glass, shell and stone creations, gourmet food and sips, and so, so much more, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“It’s heartwarming to be in the 6th year of such a great community event that attracts long-term vendors and brand new businesses alike,” shared Kerri Deuel.

“While you may just come for the art, jewelry, food, crafts, or home goods you’ll discover that with all things Hayground, there is always an underlying sense of community that will make you want to visit and linger just a bit longer and maybe even walk around just one more time!” Deuel added.
In addition to the shopping extravaganza, attendees can also expect kids’ crafts, raffles for specialty items, and live local music.

Admission to Homegrown for the Holidays is free and the event is open to the public.
A portion of the proceeds from the food and craft bazaar will support Hayground School’s educational programs. Hayground School was founded in 1996 and “offers children age 3 through 13 a hands-on education based on mentorship, student-led inquiry, and authentic endeavors in the arts, sciences, and humanities.”
