This summer, when you’re in need of a little workout motivation, head to lululemon in East Hampton, who is offering a wide variety of fitness classes.
“Our goal is to celebrate the local Hamptons community by creating connection between locals and non-locals,” shared Julie Anderson| lululemon NYC community connector. “We’re excited to bring the best in sweat and cultural programming to our guests out east.”
Monday, July 17 through Monday, July 31 will feature HUB seventeen presents: The Residency. The experience will include daily workouts, curated dinners, outdoor film screenings, live music and panel discussions. And since it’s summer in the Hamptons, The Residency will make the most of the gorgeous weather with hikes, runs and paddle-boarding.
Taryn Toomey’s The Class, a cathartic movement experience, will also take up a residency at lululemon this summer. Classes will be held on Saturday, June 17, Sunday, June 18, Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:35 a.m., as well as Saturday, July 1 through Thursday, August 31, with classes Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. During the workout, attendees will use simple, repetitive calisthenics and plyometric to challenge their body to engage the mind.
