Emily King, a respected Hamptons real estate professional known for her energy, deep local roots, and boutique-level service, has joined Saunders & Associates, the leading Hamptons-based real estate brokerage firm.
“Emily brings a rare combination of authenticity, market knowledge, and client-first service,” says Steve Glick, Senior Vice President at Saunders & Associates. “Her deep ties to the community, relentless drive, and strong instincts for staging and style make her a natural fit for our team. We are thrilled to welcome her to Saunders.”
Emily has built a reputation for her personalized service, keen design sense, and skillful negotiation. Since earning her license, she quickly established herself as a trusted advisor for both buyers and sellers, closing notable transactions across the Hamptons. Her experience managing high-profile estates and working with luxury builder Farrell further sharpened her expertise in quality construction and client discretion.
Emily’s passion for Hamptons life is evident in her work and rooted in her personal story. A Water Mill resident since 1991, she and her husband have built successful businesses in Southampton and raised their family on the East End. Her local insight and years of community engagement have earned her a loyal client base and valuable referral network.
Her proactive, hands-on style is supported by her background as a property manager and personal trainer — careers that demanded discipline, trustworthiness, and unwavering attention to detail. Health and wellness are important to her as well, and her longtime passion for fitness continues to fuel her focused, driven approach to business and life.
“Joining Saunders feels like a homecoming in all the best ways,” says Emily King. “The energy, the collaboration, the presence they have across the Hamptons — it’s exactly the kind of environment I thrive in. I’m excited to keep doing what I love, now with the resources and support of this amazing firm.”
Beyond her professional achievements, Emily is a devoted member of the Hamptons community. She actively supports the Peconic Land Trust and is involved with the Hamptons Christian Fellowship.
Emily King will be based out of the Saunders Southampton Office.
