While deal pace remained steady overall, the market skewed higher in value, with notable momentum in home sales and renewed activity at the very top end.

Pricing strengthened meaningfully year-over-year. Across all property types, the median price rose to $2.01M (13%) while dollar volume increased to $6.797B (16%)
