Market Art + Design will be making its return to the Hamptons this summer from Thursday, July 7th through Sunday, July 10th, for its sixth season. This year, some of New York City’s hottest restaurants will be joining the art fair, which will be held at the Bridgehampton Museum.
“Market Art + Design’s sixth edition will feature 45 top galleries and designers from around the world,” explained Kelly Freeman. “The fair will be a window into the exciting confluence that’s currently taking place between the fields of art and design – right in the center of Bridgehampton just off Montauk Highway.”
Fairgoers will join Market Art + Design in celebrating the artistic achievements of artists and art dealers from around the world, who will be displaying beautifully curated exhibitions for guests to view. Participating galleries include ACA Galleries, Alexander Gallery, Avikzer Roman, Axiom Contemporary, Bruce Lurie Gallery, Castle Fitzjohns Gallery, De Chiara Projects, Eckert Fine Art, Elins Eagles-Smith Gallery, Evan Lurie Gallery, Galerie Fledermaus, Galerie Bruder Fine Art, GP Presents, Hastening Designs, The Hole, Jennifer Ford Art, Joseph Gross Gallery, L’ANTIQUAIRE, Lawrence Fine Art, Michele Mariaud Gallery, Mindy Solomon Gallery, Monika Olko Gallery, PETER MARCELLE PROJECT, Quogue Gallery, Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery, Spinello Projects, Sugarlift, Sundaram Tagore Gallery, Tally Beck Contemporary, Uprise Art, Villa del Arte, Walker Waugh Art, Winston Wächter Fine Art and more. Guests can also enjoy food from popular joints in New York City and the Hamptons, including Stand Coffee, Bon Chovie, Lezzetli Mediterranean Ice Cream, Fort Defiance, CoCo & Co., and Blue Duck Bakery.
“We’ll also have a great culinary program with food and cocktails (think oysters and lobster rolls) from some of Brooklyn’s hottest restaurants as well as a compelling program of large-scale, interactive installations built right into the fair’s public spaces,” noted Freeman.
Market Art + Design will launch during a Preview Night on Thursday, July 7th, from 6 to 10 p.m. The Fair will be open on Friday, July 8th and Saturday, July 9th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sunday, July 10th from 12 to 6 p.m.
A Preview Night ticket is $35, a multi-day pass is $30, and a one-day pass is $25.
