With buyer demand continuing to outpace the limited number of available homes for sale across the East End, sellers are finding themselves in a strong position. From East and West of the Canal, North and South of the Highway: well-priced and well-presented properties are attracting serious attention from buyers eager to secure a place in one of the country’s most desirable coastal markets.
For Hamptons homeowners wondering whether now is the right time to list their home for sale, the answer may lie in the market’s simple imbalance: there are more qualified buyers than properties available.
To better understand what sellers should know, I reached out to veteran Hamptons real estate brokers at Saunders & Associates, the Hamptons’ leading, locally owned and operated brokerage firm.
