The Strengthen-Length-Tone (SLT) empire is about to expand. Joining the East Hampton location (460 Montauk Highway), the Southampton spot (16 Hill Street) will open on Friday, July 1st.

The Hamptons studios are decked out with 10 Megaformer machines, feature private sessions, signature group classes and custom artwork by multimedia artist Baron von Fancy.

“We are thrilled to be opening a Southampton studio this summer,” said Amanda Freeman, Founder and CEO of SLT. “After three amazing years in Water Mill, we are relocating to Southampton to continue to offer nearby clients access to our amazing, reSuLTs-driven workout.” The new location ensures that devotees across the Hamptons will get their SLT fill. “Southampton is the perfect location to complement our East Hampton studio and allows us to service folks living throughout the Hamptons,” noted Freeman. “We got so many requests from Water Mill clients to open nearby, we made it our mission to find an ideal home for our Megaformers™.”

The workout has become a staple for the boutique fitness industry and has helped thousands of dedicated individuals. It has also gained a cult-like following, training celebrities like Kyra Sedgwick, Sofia Vergara, Lo Bosworth, Nina Agdal, Emmy Rossum, and Emily DiDonato.

SLT is a combination of strength training, pilates and cardio, or most commonly called “pilates on crack.” Classes last 50 minutes and are limited to ten individuals, to keep an intimate, yet productive feel. Professionals help to energize and sculpt your body to the beat of the music. By the time you leave the class, you will have exercised every muscle in your body.
