From dinner and a movie, to impressive equestrian feats, to thinking ahead to fall, celebs were spotted out and about the weekend before Labor Day.

Bruce Springsteen joined his daughter Jessica at Campbell Stables in Bridgehampton for her Beach magazine cover party on Thursday.
Once again, Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton was THE place to dine. Alec and Hilaria Baldwin stopped by with a large group after a movie screening on Friday. The next night, Brian De Palma dined on the porch with his family, while Scott Rudin dropped by with friends, for a meal on the patio. Later on, Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell had a date night in the front room.
Jimmy Buffett hosted a post “Rock the Kasbah” screening bash at the Blue Parrot in East Hampton on Friday. The party brought out Bill Clinton (who is vacationing in the Hamptons with wife Hilary), Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Jon Bon Jovi, John Mellencamp, Christie Brinkley, Rudy Giuliani, and Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters.
Sean Avery and Hilary Rhoda teamed up with Bandier, Juice Press, and Republic Records on Saturday to host the first annual Southampton Sweat. During the free fitness focused morning, seven of the top fitness studios, including AKT In Motion, The Fhitting Room, Tone House, Flywheel, Gotham Gym and Y7 Yoga, offered complimentary 30-minute classes at the Southampton Arts Center.

“Angry Birds” actress Maya Rudolph had lunch with friends at La Fondita on Sunday afternoon, and on Monday, Giada de Laurentis was spotted noshing on authentic Mexican with her family.
Several celebs came out to watch the exciting action at the Hampton Classic Horse Show. Attendees included Ashley Olsen and Mary Kate Olsen, who judged the Classic’s Outstanding Boutique Competition (Mary Kate also competed), “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Luis Ortiz, James Lipton, Georgina Bloomberg (who competed), and Kelly Bensimon. Grand Prix Sunday brought out Katie Couric, Matt Lauer, Brooke Shields, Martha Stewart, Marla Maples, Michael Bloomberg, Rudy Giuliani, “The Real Housewives of New York City” stars Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer, L.A. Reid, Kelly Klein, Jill Zarin, Phillip Bloch, Kelly Bensimon, and Oliver Sarkozy and girlfriend Mark Kate Olsen.
Hilaria and Alec Baldwin also stopped by Sotto Sopra. This time they were joined by four guests, and dined on fluke oreganata and a fungi pizza. Paul McCartney was also spotted at the Amagansett hotspot. He was accompanied by his wife and a group of three adults and six children. The table noshed on pizza and pasta.
Gwyneth Paltrow stopped by Christopher Fischer’s Southampton Boutique to check out the designer’s new Fall collection.
