“We are so thrilled to be celebrating the 5th anniversary of Taste of Tuckahoe,” expressed PTO Co-President Kathy Grigo. “This continues to be one of the highly anticipated events of the spring season, and really brings the community together for a memorable evening of great food, drink, and fun, while raising money for the Tuckahoe Common School.”

On Friday, April 24th from 7 to 10 p.m., Tuckahoe School is inviting the East End community to join them during the 5th Annual Taste of Tuckahoe at 230 Elm. Celebrity radio personality Walker Vreeland is hosting the benefit, which brings together local restaurants, bakeries, breweries, and wineries to showcase their culinary delights and signature sips.
A special VIP hour, hosted by Karine Bakhoum, of “Iron Chef America” fame, and Walker Vreeland, will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. The event sneak preview will feature a cooking demonstration by Tutto il Giorno Executive Chef/Partner Maurizio Marfoglia and Chef de Cuisine Alexander Apparu, an open bar, and early access to the signature dishes. Attendees can burn off their food coma by hitting the dance floor and moving to music by DJ Chris Cenzoprano.
Taste of Tuckahoe participating East End establishments include 1 North Steakhouse, 230 Elm, Backbar Grille, Blue Duck Bakery Cafe, Cowfish, DeJesus Deli, Edgewater Restaurant, The Golden Pear, Krieg’s Bakery, The Lobster Grille, Montauk Brewing Company, Old School Favorites, Palmer Vineyards, Pellegrino’s Pizza Bar & Restaurant, Rumba, South Fork Deli, Southampton Social Club, Stonecreek Inn, Townline BBQ, and Tully’s Seafood Market. New to the event this year are Francois Payard, Katie Cakes & Confections, Ketchums Seafarm, Le Charlot, Sabrosa Mexican Grill, Starbucks, Twin Fork Beer Co., and Tutto il Giorno.
All proceeds from the Taste of Tuckahoe will support Tuckahoe School and, will go towards enhancing the student’s education.
