Will “American Sniper,” “The Imitation Game,” “Birdman or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance,” “Selma,” “Boyhood,” “The Theory of Everything,” “The Grand Budapest Hotel,” or “Whiplash” take home the Oscar for Best Picture? Who deserves the award for best actor and actress this year? If you’ve got a hunch on which movies and Hollywood stars we’ll see accepting an award during the 87th Academy Awards, then enter the annual “Rowdy & The Oscars” ballot contest at Rowdy Hall.
After enjoying a meal or drink at the East Hampton eatery, you’ll find an “Oscar Ballot” form with your check. All you have to do is complete the ballot with your Oscars picks and then give it back to your server, the host, manager, or bartender. The patron that correctly predicts the most Academy Award winners will receive a $50 gift certificate and two movie vouchers. If the contest results in a tie, a drawing will be held.
