Student String Players Conducted By Maestro Itzhak Perlman

East End Arts is proud to announce a special opportunity for pre-college string students who are invited to play in the East End Arts Student Orchestra’s third annual collaborative project with the prestigious Perlman Music Program. East End Arts is assembling a group of Long Island string students ages 8 through 18 studying orchestral string instruments (violin, viola, cello, double bass) again this summer to participate in an open rehearsal under the baton of world-famous, internationally acclaimed violin virtuoso and conductor Itzhak Perlman, alongside The Perlman Music Program String Orchestra in a free and open to the public rehearsal on Thursday, July 31, 2014, at 4:30 PM at Southold High School.
