The Great Lawn in Westhampton Beach will once again be home to the beloved annual Westhampton Beach Festival of the Arts. The 12th iteration will be held over the holiday weekend on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6.
“Our fine art festival always has been and always will be about the beauty and creativity of artisans,” Ron Mellott of Paragon Festivals, which produces the event, noted. “The magic of what they create and how their creations touch each of us in ways unexpressed. The COVID landscape does not change that mission.”
Considered to be one of America’s top fine art events, the Hamptons outdoor gallery will encompass original, handmade art in a myriad of mediums – such as sculpture, jewelry, painting, photography and mixed-media. The highlighted works will utilize a variety of materials – such as glass, ceramics, fiber art, metalwork and wood, styles and techniques.
“We hope all will make the time, take the time, to come see, explore and interact with the art and the artisans,” Mellott added. “Your soul will enjoy it!”
