ASPCA Humane Awards Luncheon Honors Heroes Making An Impact On Animal Welfare

ASPCA paid tribute to a group, which included both animals and humans, who have made a positive impact on animal welfare. Congressman Jim Moran, Annika Glover, Studley the cat, Lori Weise, Jonny Justice the dog, and Commissioner William J. Bratton and the New York City Police Department were honored during the luncheon at Cipriani.
