Bay Street celebrated its first live performance at the Sag Harbor-based theater in more than 15 months during opening night of “Becoming Dr. Ruth.” The one-woman show, which runs through June 27, stars Tovah Feldshuh in the title role, and is written by Mark St. Germain.
