Montauk Resort Presenting Complimentary January Fitness Classes

This January, Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa is helping you keep that ‘get fit’ resolution by partnering with Wellthily to offer a free fitness series at the Montauk hotspot, led by New York’s top fitness trainers.

“Montauk is known as an active destination, and partnering with Wellthily has allowed us to further our commitment to health and wellness by bringing resort guests and Hamptons residents alike to Gurney’s Montauk to enjoy a variety of classes from expert instructors – all with undisturbed ocean views,” said Michael Nenner, General Manager of Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa.

The free sweat sessions debuted with a New Year’s Wellthily X CYC pop-up series, which featured a ‘resolution ride.’ The courtesy January classes will continue on Saturday, January 16th and Sunday, January 17th with Colin Turek Barre Fusion. On Saturday, January 23rd and Sunday, January 24th destress with Just Calm Down Vinyasa Yoga. The final complimentary weekend workouts will take place on Saturday, January 30th and Sunday, January 31st and feature Vinyasa Yoga.

If you love when your workouts have a seaside view, don’t worry because Gurney’s plans to host other pop-up sessions throughout the year, which will include Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Cyc Fitness Indoor Cycling, Elements Fitness Barre Fitness, Exhale Spa Core Fusion Barre, and more.
