On Saturday, June 18, Break the Love, the online destination for racquet sports, celebrated that the month of June marks the 50th Anniversary of Title IX (giving equal rights to women in sports, first adopted by the sport of tennis) with programming in East Hampton at Hampton Racquet Club.
Break the Love hosted a morning of activities including meditation sponsored by Alo Yoga, tennis play, and a lunch sponsored by Sakara Life. “With the Hamptons being one of the top places for busy working professionals to unplug, reset, & connect – we are excited to connect people through tennis & pickle ball while gaining all of the health & wellness benefits of the sports while they are out east this summer.” – Trisha Goyal, Founder of Break the Love.

Attendees were invited to meet at the Hamptons Racquet Club to partake in morning meditation to center themselves and start the day at ease. The meditation was sponsored by Alo Yoga and led by a pro instructor and all attendees were gifted a signature look. Next, attendees had the choice to play pickleball or tennis led by Break the Love. Finally all guests could select delicious plant based lunch options sponsored by Sakara Life while mingling with other locals and tennis lovers.
