"We are trying to show as many foreign films as we can because that's what you really cannot see out here at this time," Nugent told us.
"We want to keep them trying new things and remain open minded. It can be that one workshop that their parents couldn't afford or that they didn't think they would like and they came to and they found a new passion or friend for life," London Rosiere explained.
"By offering a traveling exhibition series, we hope to expose and Southampton community to diverse range of artists and artistic styles of art, design and creative expression," said Kelcey Edwards.
"We know there is an audience for these critically acclaimed, less-commercial films and are excited to have such wide-ranging capabilities with our new system," explained Amy Kirwin.
"Growing Farmers was an early look at the Trust's Farms for the Future Initiative," Kathy Kennedy explained. "The initiative has continued to grow and support our local farmers."
"I love how this band has really gelled together as a group creating their own sound that's never been heard before," shared program mentor and Grammy-nominated musician, Brady Rymer.
"Let's have a dialog starting with art," encourages Jane Kirkwood.
"When my lens turned toward surfers I was inspired by their keen sense of timing catching a wave then riding across it," said Blair Seagram, an exhibiting artist.
"Reflecting upon my own experience and observations in my community, the Shinnecock Reservation in Southampton, New York, specifically the burden of the loss of culture through assimilation, omission of our history in school curriculum, and loss of land and economic disadvantage; this series illustrates the shared damaged enthusiasm of living on indigenous lands without rectification," reflected Jeremy Davis.
"The Quogue Library is honored that we have such a fine caliber of artists that exhibit here. It is always a refreshing pleasure seeing the new gallery shows," shared Adult Program Coordinator, Selina Pasca.
