"The Parrish looks forward to the enthusiasm for art making and the creativity expressed in the Student Exhibition every year. That energy is amplified this year by the Museum's sixth Artist-in-Residence with three artists selected for Artists Choose Artists," said Parrish Director, Terrie Sultan.
"The theme of this exhibit came from a desire to showcase the collective exploration of spirit whether it be a literal interpretation as in sitting atop a skyscraper to capture the perfect, albeit terrifying, photograph or symbolic with a look into the musings of an abstract painter or a humorous illustrator," Andrea McCafferty and Kat O'Neill relayed.
"We're going to have a lot of vocals, we're going to have an expanded rhythm section with the percussion, and then the visual, we have some stunning visuals," Eaton told Hamptons.com.
"We hope that many will come out to hear their debut performance in our series - and I hope people will support this series that continues to give back to the community," Nancy Remkus said.
"Under the direction of the legendary Mike Nichols, and featuring an ensemble cast including Meryl Streep, Cher and Kurt Russell, the film tells a story of courage following chemical technician and union labor activist Karen Silkwood on the crusade some suggest eventually cost her her life," HamptonsFilm Board of Directors Co-Chair Alec Baldwin shared.
"Each of these artists have left a fine legacy with their art, and with their involvement in the community," Arlene Bujese said.
"I still enjoy going out and playing the music," the legendary rocker told Hamptons.com.
"It's a rocking cast of East End stars familiar to SCC audiences. This going to be a real romp. Guaranteed to keep even the most rabid Sherlock fans on the edge of their seats," Grice told Hamptons.com.

"The Smithsonian's touring exhibition of Water/Ways is for everyone, as water is rudimentary to life as we know it. Everyone connects to water, as consumers, as advocates, in ritual connections, in historical context, and other personal ways. Our water story, is the world's water story…one that binds us, sustains us, and inspires us," said Maria Vann.
