"We look forward to their enthusiasm and energy in giving back to our homeless animals as part of their program each year," expressed Southampton Animal Shelter Volunteer Coordinator Gina Martini about the Hampton Bays High School Cross Country team.

Six-term Democratic Rep. Tim Bishop was defeated by Republican challenger Lee Zeldin in the NY-01 Congressional Race on Election Day.
From baking the perfect pie to crafting one-of-a-kind decorations, attendees will leave the classes with a festive new skill.
"In two years we have raised about $5,000- that's incredible," said 13-year-old Noah Horak, who founded Home Runs for Charity (HR4C). "Our donors are awesome, but so are our players."
For many children, the top item on their holiday wishlist is a new addition to their household, a pet.
