In a battle of East End artists verses writers, it was the artists who dominated for much of the softball game, and in the end, took home bragging rights with a 7-4 win. "From Havana to the Hamptons" celebrated "Live in Cuba," which is the first album release of the newly formed Blue Engine Records. The evening included a performance from critically acclaimed Afro-Cuban percussionist Pedrito Martinez.

Food trucks from Montauk to Manhattan traveled to Hayground School for Edible East End's The Great Food Truck Derby. Attendees enjoyed delicious bites and tasty sips from East End breweries and wineries. Proceeds from the afternoon benefited Hayground schoolyard projects, which provide culinary arts training for local kids.
