Friday, July 31st marked a special moment for The Perlman Music Program (PMP). Toby and Itzhak Perlman celebrated their exceptional music school’s 15th anniversary at the Program’s waterfront Shelter Island campus, in an evening of generosity, artistry, and friendship.
