The Bridge, one of the most highly anticipated Hamptons events, returned to The Bridge in Bridgehampton for the fourth year. This year the event expanded to 200 rare and vintage automobiles. The invitation-only event, which paid tribute to the heritage of the historic race track grounds, coincided with the "September Art Show" curated by Marlborough Contemporary's Max Levai.
On Saturday and Sunday, Sag Harbor Village was a buzz with HarborFest happenings. The Festival featured Whaleboat Races, A Taste of Sag Harbor, Tug of War, live music, Village tours, an Arts and Crafts Fair and Sidewalk Sale, workshops, and much more.
Ten years ago Susan Kinscherf, a retired schoolteacher from Brooklyn and longtime Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation (SASF) volunteer, decided she wanted to champion the Shelter by organizing a gathering that celebrated SASF and its dedicated volunteers. That event, SASF's yearly gathering at Boardy Barn, has turned into a post-Labor Day weekend tradition.
In addition to the Ditch Plains surf sessions, A Walk On Water presented a duo of fundraisers. The first, CMEE to the Sea Fundraiser, took place on Friday at the Children's Museum East End in Bridgehampton. Douglas Elliman's The Atlantic Team hosted the family-friendly cocktail reception.
"Elle," Spotify and E! hosted the annual Women in Music Event, which paid tribute to "Elle" cover stars — Camila Cabello, Lizzo and Billie Eilish. Held at the Vessel in Hudson Yards in Manhattan, the evening brought out Charlie Puth, Morgan Stewart, Jameela Jamil, and many more.
Another summer season under our belts! Michael Bloomberg, Diana Taylor and Georgina Bloomberg held court at their top tier VIP table, at the Grand Prix, the final competition of the 44th Annual Hampton Classic Horse Show. It's the traditional last hurrah of the Hamptons social season. Heavy hitters dine on decorator designed tables, catered exclusively by Robbins Wolfe...
The Surf Lodge said goodbye to summer with a bang
The Southampton Arts Center SummerFest 2019 was completely pink…and green. During the evening party and dinner, guests were invited to enjoy the ongoing exhibit, National Geographic Photo Ark by Joel Sartore. The exhibition, brought in conjunction with the International Center of Photography (ICP), features portraits of animals near extinction. The theme of environmentalism continued throughout the glamorous night.
The Chabad of Southampton Jewish Center, led by Rabbi Rafe and Chany Konikov, held its 18th Annual Dinner at the estate of Libbie Mugrabi, honoring Herschel Bonchek, Lieba Nesis and Jane Scher. Entertainment was provided by singer Yossi Azulay and comedian and emcee Keith Barany.
Adrienne Sternlicht kicked off the 44th annual Hampton Classic Horse Show by taking the top spot in the $30,000 Land Rover Jumper Challenge presented by Jaguar.
