Over the past week there were 24 Listings that went into contract from Westhampton to Montauk. Compared to this same week last year (2023), there were 27 Listings that went into contract. Which is a year over year DECREASE of 11%. This same week in 2022, there were 29 Listings that went into contract. Compared to this past week in 2024, it’s an DECREASE of 17%.

Which is a year over year INCREASE of 6%. This same week in 2022, there were 25 Listings that went into contract. Compared to this past week in 2024, it’s an INCREASE of 36%.
