J.Lo is celebrating her birthday in the Hamptons this year and you have a chance to attend the special bash.

The 2015 Hampton Designer Showhouse will debut during a Gala Preview Cocktail Party benefiting Southampton Hospital.

"Its mission to support emerging artists, fosters creativity and helps us to express our values and to build bridges between cultures—creating a vibrant arts community in Water Mill that extends far beyond greater Long Island to New York and international communities alike," said William Wagner.

More than 200 people came together on a beautiful Friday evening in the Hamptons to attend the Peconic Baykeer's annual fundraising gala "Celebration of our Bays" at the stunning Water Mill estate of George and Joan Hornig.

"We're twenty years in and we're walking in with a million dollars," Russell Simmons told Hamptons.com as we greeted him at the Art for Life Hamptons Gala.

This year mixed old traditions with some new twists, and the gardens of the historic Thomas Halsey Homestead was packed with guests who wanted to support the Museum and also celebrate the 375th anniversary of Southampton.

"There's nothing worse than hearing the words 'you have cancer,' unless you hear 'your child has cancer,'" said Glenn Myers.

Held at Fairview Farms in Bridgehampton, the evening will honor Dave Chappelle, Michaela and Simon de Pury, and Ava DuVernay.

This weekend's lineup includes sunset screenings, live music from Montauk to Hamptons Bays, and the chance to "sink your teeth" into a new surf and swim collection.

Notable names came out in full force to support East End causes, ranging from local animal shelters to Hamptons museums to the arts.
