"The one thing that remains consistent through all of the craziness of this year has been our (ARF) mission, the animals here that count on us every day," Scott Howe told us.
"This year, the Hamptons Happening to support cancer research features six musical artists across the rock, pop, and musical broadway genres. We think everyone will enjoy the mix," Sullivan told Hamptons.com.
"I'm thrilled to be chatting with Andy, Sandra, Henry, and Bob. They are fabulous, creative voices within the community, and it's all for a good cause," Isaac Mizrahi noted.
"Normally a one-day outdoor event, this year's virtual trunk show will span four days, showcasing different vendors each day —more than 100 highly curated vendors in total—so you can keep coming back and back and back," Laurie Girsky told us.
"I wanted us to look back and always remember how we did the summer party in the middle of the Covid crisis," Bob Chaloner said. "Our party is a big deal for us, not only to raise money, but to gather with the community and have a little fun."
"The Ellen Hermanson Breast Center has the exact same high level of technology you would find at Memorial Sloan Kettering, Weill Cornell, Mt. Sinai or any of the big academic medical centers in the city," Julie Ratner told us.
"This is the first Drag Brunch in the Hamptons and we hope to make it a recurring event, and collaborating with different restaurants," Anita Boyer and Kasia Klimiuk shared.
"It fit perfectly with The Chainsmokers, because after-all, the duo got their big start out East," Kaplan told Hamptons.com.
When asked of perhaps one of her greatest experiences that show business has fostered on her life, she replied instantly, "Getting my first email from Stephen Sondheim. It was so special. I had always been a huge fan of his talent; I just could not believe he took the time to reach out to me."
"Our guests were just in a swoon over it: it is just so powerful," said Benson. "Our Jack Lenor Larsen had the idea to sink the bases into the ground several feet and mount the Zodiac Bronzes around the Albee Amphitheater, facing into it."
