"Because of these programs and services, our kids go off to college - and succeed," said host Jean Shafiroff.
"Connecting IGHL with the community, serving delicious food, great raffle prizes and fellowship, and with March being Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, it's important to get the word out about the work IGHL does in this area," shared IGHL CEO Walter Stockton.
"We look forward to our annual winter trivia night each year as our supporters really enjoy it and it keeps public beach access front of mind even in the winter," shared Nicole Starr Castillo.
"For more than 17 years, Hampton Bays students have been studying word lists, learning strategies for making the best plays and practicing several times a week as they prepare for national level competition," shared Kathy Hummel.
"It is always a spirited event that brings the community together," shared Ken Lewis.
"Peconic Landing has been so wonderful to host this dinner every year for CAST," shared Linda Ruland, CAST Executive Director. "Their generosity enables all of the proceeds of the ticket money to go directly to CAST's Emergency Fund."
"Animal shelters are forced to deal with the overpopulation of dogs and cats on a daily basis," noted SASF Executive Director, Jerry Rosenthal.
"It's a great event for a great cause and people just sort of make fools of themselves, quite frankly," joked Nick Kraus.
"LongHouse is exceptionally honored to be paying tribute to the architects of The Obama Library at its Winter Benefit," shared Dianne Benson.
"Each year, more than 1,000 people attend this event. Our hope is that each one takes something away with them to make them heart healthy," said Kathy Munsch.
