For many children, the top item on their holiday wish list is a new addition to their household, a pet. With November 1st being the official kickoff to the holidays and the season of giving, grant their wish early this year with a little help from Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons, Inc. (ARF).
November marks Adopt a Senior Pet month at ARF. Throughout the month, the animal rescue shelter is waiving all adoption fees for animals over 6-years-old. ARF has several adorable pets in need of a loving home. Whether you’re looking for something mini like a Dachshund or Poodle, midsized like a Bichon Frise or American Pit Bull Terrier mix, or prefer a larger breed like a German Shepherd mix or Siberian Husky mix, ARF has you covered. Cat lovers don’t feel left out, they also have several shades of domestic shorthair cats looking for a permanent home.
