On Saturday, July 18th, the Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE) was transformed into an intergalactic escape for CMEE’s 7th annual Family Fair. Held at the Bridgehampton-based museum, the family event was attended by over 750 supporters.

Notable Family Family guests included Molly Sims, “Blue Bloods” actress Bridget Moynahan, “Cougar Town” star Christa Miller, “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” actress Jane Krakowski, “The Real Housewives of New York City” star Kristen Taekman, comedienne Joy Behar and “Primates of Park Avenue” author Wednesday Martin were among attendees.
This year’s fair, “To CMEE and Beyond!,” featured an outer space theme that could be seen throughout the Museum’s entire campus. As children worked their way through the entertaining activities, they earned stars toward a Junior Astronaut Certificate, which was awarded to attendees as they left. Little ones could keep busy throughout the day at a jetpack crafting station, photo booth, water slides, a ball pit, face painting, mini-golf, magic shows, music, food trucks, and much more.
The annual Family Fair is CMEE’s largest fundraising endeavor of the year, and supports the Museum’s educational outreach and programming for low-income families.
Children’s Museum of the East End is located at 376 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike in Bridgehampton. For more information about CMEE, call 631-537-8250 or visit www.cmee.org.
