The 16th Annual Hamptons Happening, the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF) signature summer soiree, went virtual this year. Party-goers hosted their own private viewing parties, where they were treated to a concert featuring Sophie Beem, Caly Bevier, Rufus Wainwright, Sophie B. Hawkins, Constantine Maroulis and Steven Reineke. This year’s Hamptons Happening honored COVID-19 first responders and Rajeev Fernando, M.D., the Director of Infectious Diseases at the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, spoke on behalf of first responders.
