In celebration of its 30-year anniversary, Rowdy Hall is launching the 1% for the East End Giving Campaign. The locally owned restaurant will donate 1% of its monthly revenue to a rotating local charity serving the East End of Long Island.
Every month this year, Rowdy Hall will select an East End Nonprofit or a local community organization as the month’s beneficiary. The Jeff Salaway Hospitality + Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund was the first organization to receive the donation in January. Hamptons Community Outreach followed in February, and this month’s beneficiary is The Springs Improvement Society/Ashawagh Hall.
“Restaurants are more than places to eat and drink. They are welcoming, gathering spaces where people and families come together to celebrate life’s milestones, remember loved ones, support local organizations, and strengthen the sense of community that brings neighbors together. By supporting Rowdy Hall, you’re supporting our community. As we begin our new chapter in Amagansett, our goal is to give back to the people and organizations that make this community so meaningful to us. Every time a neighbor dines with us, they’re helping to support the nonprofits and local groups dedicated to preserving and caring for the Eastern End of Long Island—month after month throughout 2026,” shared co-owner Mark Smith.
