4th of July Pig Roast at RUSCHMEYERS
Join iconic Hamptons hotel RUSCHMEYERS on the Fourth of July this year for an all-day Pig Roast at onsite restaurant, The Grill at RUSCHMEYERS. Curated by Chef Jordan Heissenberger, the BBQ dining experience will offer summer specials and staples including a Spit Roasted New York State Gloucester Old Spot Pig, Tuscan-style porchetta sandwiches, schaller-Weber pork hot dogs, and sides like stone fruit and tomato salad, street corn, and potato salad with apple crisp and s’mores for dessert. An a la carte raw bar featuring local oysters and clams will also be available alongside refreshing sips like frozen espresso martinis, buckets of beer, and frosé. Outdoor lawn games including a cornhole tournament, complete with prizes up for grabs, will be taking place throughout the day and a DJ will be onsite to soundtrack the fun.
