In the recent year, Lina and Dean began making an imprint on the East End music scene, as an acoustic duo with a self-produced alternative rock EP to their name, and as the Lina Maxine five-piece band playing live across Long Island, including at Stephen Talkhouse and LTV Studios. Acoustic guitar-driven, Lina and Dean’s new music to come in 2025 features Lina’s husky voice in harmony with Dean’s tenor, blending rock and folk instrumental styles influenced by Fleetwood Mac, Kacey Musgraves, and Kings of Leon.  And with lyrics touching on hope as human condition and the endless possibilities of the dream state, Lina and Dean’s new record is sure to offer up an etherial groove to the sun setting on Montauk Highway.
