
Mavericks Montauk Wine Dinner with Guest Host Christophe Renard of Domaines Ott
Mavericks Montauk is introducing a Summer Winemaker Dinner Series – a rare, intimate dining experience on the East End. Hosted in Mavericks’ private dining room (seating just 20 guests for an intimate setting), each evening features a four-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Jeremy Blutstein and Pastry Chef Rémy Ertaud, paired with standout cuvées and rare back vintages hand-selected by Vanessa Price, Mavericks’ Wine Director and Managing Partner.
The series debuts with the first guest host, Christophe Renard of the renowned Provençal house Domaines Ott on Friday, June 13 for a champagne reception and intimate dinner. Guests will enjoy a deep dive into the iconic wines of Domaines Ott, including a flight of white, rosé, and red wines from their three estates, plus rare pours en magnum that showcase the ageability and elegance of these Provençal wines.
