NATUROPATHICA x Matriark Transformative Breathwork Session at Topping Rose House

Join Matriark and NATUROPATHICA at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton on Tuesday, August 26 to connect with yourself and reset for the fall season. 

Patricia A. Reed, Founder of wellness space for women and LGBTQI+ owned brands, artists, and entrepreneurs, Matriark, and Cathy O’Brien, Chairwoman of holistic wellness and skincare brand NATUROPATHICA invite you for a transformative breathwork session with  Certified Breathwork Guide, Energy Reader and Yoga Teacher Céline Antoine. With a focus on circular breath, Céline will guide attendees through a session aimed at strengthening intuition, connecting with the inner self and releasing stress, anxiety and stuck emotions in the body.

The breathwork session will take place from 11am-12:30pm, with light bites to follow. 80% of net proceeds will go towards funding NATUROPATHICA’s Oncology Care Program, which provides complimentary massage treatments to patients undergoing cancer treatment at partner hospitals, Mount Sinai in New York City and Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center in Philadelphia.
