Bridgeton – the team behind Hamptons favorites Marram Montauk and Journey East Hampton – is relaunching the iconic Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk this Memorial Day Weekend, kicking off the season with a pizza pop-up from Chef Justin Smillie and the SlowFires team. On Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24 from 4:00 – 9:00 PM (or until sold out), the team will be serving up wood-fired pizzas with slow-fermented dough and seasonal toppings like ramps, black truffles and more from the laidback backyard setting of the garden at Ruschmeyer’s. Whether you’re looking for golden hour drinks, beach day refueling or long weekend rituals, be sure to stop by for soulful pizzas and a relaxing summer evening.
