Kristin Regan is not your typical Hamptons real estate agent. She likes to think outside the box when representing her listings. We sat down with her on the Saunders & Associates’ “Happening in the Hamptons” podcast, which we release weekly, and we were stunned to discover that Kristin managed to feature her exquisite listing at 2622 Deerfield Road in Sag Harbor, in a full-length movie titled “The Premiere,” directed by Sam Pezzullo. Remarkably, not only is the property featured in the movie, but Kristin also plays a role in it.
“I have zero acting experience,” Kristin said with a laugh. “But my friend was making this movie and needed a beautiful Hamptons home for a specific scene, and he also needed someone to portray a real estate agent. Needless to say, I was very nervous during the shoot.”
Aside from acting in the feature film to help promote the property, Kristin is very enthusiastic about it. The house is located off Deerfield Road at 2622 Deerfield Road in Sag Harbor and is nothing short of stunning.
