Restaurateur Jonathan Rapillo is bringing back Sienna Restaurant & Ultralounge for its second Hamptons season. This summer, they will welcome Donatella Arpaia (Kefi, Anthos, and davidburke and donatella) as Executive Chef.
The East Hampton restaurant and nightlife dancing destination will open on Saturday, May 17 with an updated menu featuring modern Italian cuisine as well as Arpaia’s signature dishes like Spicy Meatballs and Sparkling Watermelon dessert. The menu will be complimented by a full bar program with specialty cocktails like the no-sugar added Sienna Margarita.

Once late night dining has ended at 11:30 p.m., Sienna will transform into the Ultralounge featuring Saturday night cabaret shows and world class DJs spinning. ‘The Box’ is also returning for two special nights this summer.
