Peconic Land Trust is presenting their 6th Annual Lecture Series, “Long Island Grown II; Food & Beverage Artisans at Work,” at Bridge Gardens. The four week program showcases local farmers and food purveyors, who produce unique or uncommon items.

The series debuted with The Drink on Sunday, March 1st, led by Jennifer Halsey of Milk Pail Farm, Roman Roth of Wolffer Estate Vineyard, and Richard Scoffier of Honest Man Restaurant Group.
The program continues on Sunday, March 15th with The Appetizer featuring Brendan Davison of Good Water Farms, Carissa Waechter of Carissa’s Breads, and Jeri Woodhouse of Taste of the North Fork. The Entree on Sunday, March 29th, will include discussions from Doug Corwin of Crescent Duck Farm, Tom Geppell of Eight Hands Farm and Hal Goodale of Goodale Farms. The finale on Sunday, April 19th is The Dessert with Steve Amaral of North Fork Chocolate Company, Tom Stevenson of Oysterponds Farm, and Mary Woltz of Bees’ Needs. Local Pastry Chef & Writer, Laura Donnelly moderates “Long Island Grown II; Food & Beverage Artisans at Work.”
Admission is $25 or $20 for Bridge Gardens Members. Entry to the full series is $90 per person or $70 for Bridge Gardens Members. All programs take place at Bridge Gardens and begin at 2 p.m.
